CURRICULUM

Each class works at their own pace, according to their age. The curriculum is a combination of A Beka, Saxon, and ACSI used for Bible, Letters, Numbers, and Writing. Our teachers add their years of experience to each of their classrooms, making a well-balanced introduction to learning. Children learn with hands-on activities, such as; Circle Time, Finger Play, Arts and Crafts. Centers such as Blocks, Dress-up, Kitchen, Library, etc., are also used.

PROGRAMS:

Nursery Age
The children in our nursery are given a lot of love and attention. Music and stories are enjoyed in the nursery. When they become a little older they enjoy Finger Painting, Coloring, and Manipulative toys.

K-1
The toddlers in K-1 begin their day with a Bible story. They enjoy Finger Painting, Coloring, Manipulative toys, Arts and Crafts, Story Time, Music Time, and activities for developing Hand-Eye coordination.

K-2
The children in our K-2 class are introduced to three letters and one number, and a Bible verse each month. There are monthly themes such as; Community Helpers, Five Senses, and Life On The Farm, etc.
The arts and crafts, snacks, and songs are all related to these monthly themes. The children also focus on one new color and shape each month.

K-3
The K-3 class learn one new letter and number every two weeks. Every morning is started with Bible Time. A new Bible verse is learned every two weeks.
Our goal is for children to be excited about learning. They learn through structure as well as playtime. Circle time, Hands-on activities, Arts and crafts, Manipulative toys, Coloring are all ways of making learning exciting.

K-4

K-4 prepares students for Kindergarten. They learn through Letters, Numbers, and Writing. Colorful worksheets, Hands-on activities, and Play Centers add to the learning experience. Bible verses are memorized weekly that cor¬respond with the Bible Story. Leaning made fun gives students a good start in their education.
